Bocking Primary School

Bocking Learning Council

The School Council is made up of two pupils from each class. The representatives are voted onto the council by their respective classes. The School Council tries to meet every two weeks and this gives the children, through their class representatives, the chance to voice their ideas for school improvement, charity work to or share concerns.
The School Council organises the committee members eg. Chair, Minute-taker etc to ensure their meetings run smoothly and has a small budget which the Council must account for.
Mrs Reed, Deputy Head, is currently responsible for the School Council. She organises meetings and ensures that minutes are taken and agreed actions are carried out.
